ABOUT US

We are Sprankel & Co

Strong through job satisfaction - we believe in the power of people and know that focusing on job satisfaction leads to more well-being, productivity and profit. We are an enthusiastic team of self-willed work psychologists with a mission: to make working Netherlands sparkle. With practical tools based on positive psychology that have proven to lead to better performing employees and less dropout and turnover.

Scientific support is important to us, but so is our personal life experience. We experience the impact of positivity and focus on job satisfaction on a daily basis. Each of us has made a conscious choice to do what makes us happy. And we are happy to pass on that happiness: with humor and an open, curious view, and in full connection with our customers. In this way, we are happy to help organizations excel sustainably.

MirJam van 't klooster Pleasure at work and knowing where your strengths lie is central to me. If people are empowered and do what they think is important, they perform better and an organization benefits better. My motto is: "you can do more than you think". I graduated in social psychology of the organization. An extremely fascinating direction for people who are curious about the why of the behavior of people within organizations. I have gained my work experience in the recruitment and selection industry, where I have also been a branch manager. At a large HR consultancy I have gained extensive experience in coaching and assessment practice. I see myself as a consultant, coach and trainer specializing in guiding highly trained professionals and managers, individually and in teams. In my approach, I like to keep things simple when possible. Life is complicated enough.

Jurriaan Dolman I believe in the power of people. I regularly come across examples in my life of people who face difficult circumstances and come out better. We are much stronger than we realize. That is how I approach my profession, that of personal development of people in organizations. I'll help you see what you can do. You regain confidence in yourself and you remember your ideals, what you stand for and what you go for. I remind you that it is so much fun to learn something new, that it is okay to fail. Learning becomes fun again. No repair of what is not good about you, but working on discovering your strength and daring to use it to the full. Personal and professional development should be a party, not a gloomy slog with yourself. We can spend our time so much better. Are you ready?

OUR SPRANKEL PARTNERS

We enjoy working with our partners to achieve better products and services. The following professionals have committed themselves to our organization:

inge meyer As an experienced organizational psychologist, I am fascinated by what drives people: 'what do you stand for and what do you go for?' 'How do you manage to live and work according to your values?' We spend so many hours at work, then we enjoy it and get energy from it. A deep-rooted conviction that equality in every (employment) relationship makes the difference, is a motivation for me to look for what works with people and teams. What is going well and why, and how can you do more of it? Curiosity has brought me to where I am today. Over the years I have built up a broad work experience, from coaching, training and intervision guidance to assessment advisor and manager. From this experience I can speak with board members, independent entrepreneurs and highly trained professionals. I enjoy using my knowledge and experience in the collaboration with Sprankel & Co.

michiel hulsbergen Everything about people is aimed at functioning properly, the only question is: what are they working on? I am a work and organizational psychologist and business administrator and have made my profession of guiding learning processes. In particular, I will focus on how emotions - as "advocates" - influence our behavior by determining our preferences. People work more effectively when they know what to do, when and why. Teams also work better when ideas about goals are shared, when they discuss the best approach and when they attach shared importance to the common result. I am happy to associate myself with Sprankel & Co.

anna prat i basCompte I went abroad to discover my possibilities at a young age. This one has now become home, but I keep the endless curiosity from the beginning of my journey. During my studies I discovered that the practical side of A & O psychology, training and coaching, suited me best. Within the work reintegration I coached and trained employees in dealing with stress, assertiveness, communication, work-life balance and career guidance. Since 2008 I have also been working as a post-graduate teacher for various professionals (police, nurses, trainers, teachers and coaches) and I offer peer supervision. Training and coaching do not fundamentally change people. Training and coaching do offer insights and challenges to strengthen people and organizations: working healthier, with job satisfaction and commitment. I am happy to work for that.

SAARTJE VAN DEN HEUVEL Interaction between people is what has always fascinated me. One person reacts indignantly and defensively to the question “What are you doing?”, While the other can give a totally light-hearted answer. Or why do you react completely differently at one moment than at the next? Through training and coaching I expose why it is about finding a way out of a pattern when necessary. Therefore it helps to know from which beliefs and motivations you work. looking with participants in a training how a theory works for them and how it contributes, that's the best thing. To first understand yourself and then understand the other. By looking at everyone's qualities with mildness and interest. With the study Business Administration as a basis and with the help of NLP, I have mastered the training profession. First at a training and consultancy agency and for years as an independent trainer. But always like to be closely connected and cooperate with other trainers, training actors and coaches with the same view on development in organizations.

wouter braaf In the field of work I have two loves; acting and teaching. Immediately after graduation, I had the opportunity to develop myself in the field of acting in theater and TV productions. This allowed me to empathize with the most diverse roles on a daily basis. Likewise, those of a difficult customer, dominant manager and that one colleague who is in your allergy zone. Types most commonly suggested by participants in training in practice situations. With a teacher diploma in your pocket, the step to become a communication trainer was quickly made. In my opinion, explaining communication models and then applying them directly by means of simulated conversations and dramaturgical exercises works most efficiently to lower the threshold for taking the last step: actually putting a new way of communication into your own practice!/p>

MATHILDE MAAS KUPER Pain management expert. She works for and with managers and teams who are ready to achieve results in the unruly reality. Who really want to realize change and get people moving. For managers with the courage to deal constructively with pain in their organization and leadership. She helps answer the questions pragmatically and with a touch of humor: What if it becomes difficult and hurts? What if you can't move forward because of old pain? What then? Together with you, she will have it sanded where necessary and useful to move forward. To realize ambitions. Draw on pain for positive impact. You discover and experience how important effective pain management is for success and job satisfaction.

Claus Neeleman Discovering new possibilities is so much fun in my job. Humans are habit animals and often limit themselves. In training and coaching I find it interesting to look for other ways of thinking and to try out new behavior. Then it is a matter of practice and (hopefully) experience success. The trick is to be aware of all options and then make a choice for the most effective behavior. As a result, your influence is many times greater and you create your own environment to a great extent. I graduated in A&O psychology and from that background I provide training and coaching. I also work as a training actor. I provide training and coach in the areas of communication, management, sales, emotions and cultural differences.

Gert van Grunsven I have now been working as a trainer and coach for 20 years and with even more pleasure every day. I work in the broad field of interaction between people. An exciting field in which it is fun to "puzzle" with each other. My experience as, among other things, a manager and personnel manager comes in handy here. I prefer a practical approach. Not saying how it must be done or indicating what will always or never work. No, precisely by discovering together what does or does not work in specific situations. I hold up a mirror to participants and encourage them to do this together. Ultimately, I let everyone make their own choices in more effective behavior. And where necessary, we go a level deeper to see what a participant needs in order to make a more effective choice. I also often use one-liners because they provide such a good grip in my own practice. My favorite? "What you see is what you Gert"!

ELLES BINDELS 'Continuing to feel your own pulse "when you care for others, that is the challenge I know well from my own experience as a doctor. Attention to the question of how you can be the healthcare professional you always envisioned, in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable, is not a luxury in my view, but a necessity. Sometimes it takes courage to stay true to yourself in a demanding work context. From an understanding of the challenges that healthcare professionals face and knowledge of the context, I guide individuals and teams towards more personal and professional growth. Ever since my internships I have been very interested in non-medical competences. I followed courses in various communication, behavior and personality models. I find a systemic view of great importance here. The basis of my approach is partly nourished by the humanist ideology,   TA and Functional Fluency, the   Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)   and   Connecting (Nonviolent) Communication. My working method is characterized by openness, creativity and coordination.

Ingrid Hofman Living according to your values, doing what you are good at and using your qualities. I am convinced that this is the basis for feeling good about yourself and functioning well and with pleasure. As Labor & As a health psychologist, I guide people who have become overloaded and can therefore no longer function properly. I like to help them to rediscover their values and make healthy choices. I teach them to overcome obstacles from their own strength and to deal with sometimes unavoidable painful circumstances in life. After a career in IT, I returned to psychology and specialized in stress and vitality. I supervise (almost) dropped out employees and give workshops on these themes. E-health is increasingly playing a role in this.

NEl Geerts Since February 2020 I have been working (among others) for Sprankel & Co to take on a number of tasks as a project coordinator. I have been retired since January 2016 and I certainly did not intend to "get behind the geraniums". In addition to hobbies such as tennis and cycling (with my husband), I enjoy spending my time with my grandchildren. However, it also gives me a lot of energy to still be involved in the work process, to arrange things properly and to have contact with many people. I have always done my job with great pleasure and energy, where nothing is too much for me. The customer is always at the top of my list and I think it is fun and a challenge to ensure that things "run smoothly". So I like to take these tasks off your hands: making complicated schedules, preparing projects, calendar management, etc., nothing is too much for me. It gives me energy when it all works out!

Else wolke Getting better at what you do is important for work motivation, research shows. As a developmental psychologist I am interested in this development that people want to go through. In order to grow, it is essential that you connect with yourself and with others and have confidence in what you stand for. This is by no means obvious, and some stages in your life make you feel more shaky than others. If a stable foundation is missing, this can seriously hinder a new step in your work or in your life. It gives me great satisfaction to build a solid foundation together, so that someone can and dares to make choices and grows. In this way we work on experiencing (even) more pleasure in work and life. In this way I support both personal goals and those of an organization as a whole.
